In the end, God does something rather unexpected. She comes down from her thundercloud and forgives Job. She not only forgives Job, but she says that Job has spoken rightly of her. And all those friends, who know all the answers, they have spoken wrongly of her. So …. who won our bet?? Did Job remain faithful?? Was Job right to question God? Was he rewarded for his resistance?
